Registration

Registration is performed by all participants (incl. Keynote Speakers) through the on-line registration page, which is available here. The registration fee includes a copy of the Symposium Book or the proceedings on a USB-stick, coffee breaks, lunch and receptions during the two days of the Symposium. Participants can indicate upon registration whether they prefer to have a copy of the Symposium Book or to have the proceedings on a USB-stick. The following fees are VAT exclusive.

Keynote speakers

Although Keynote Speakers do not have to pay a registration fee for the Symposium, they need to formally register in order to obtain accurate data (incl. for catering purposes). This waiver is limited to the Keynote Speakers only, as shown on the Keynote Speakers page.
